Trip overview
The full circuit, the way Spiti should be done — in from the Shimla side through Kinnaur's apple country, out through Lahaul and the Atal Tunnel, with the whole middle spent above 3,500 m. You get the ancient murals of Tabo, two nights in Kaza to do the monastery-and-village circuit properly (Key, Kibber, Chicham, Hikkim's post office, Langza's fossils), and a night in camps beside Chandratal, the moon lake.
One private cab runs the entire Delhi-to-Delhi route with the same driver, and the price genuinely covers the bones of the trip: seven nights, daily breakfast and dinner, fuel, tolls, parking, driver allowances. Nothing important surfaces later as a "supplement".
Spiti is a high-altitude desert, so we're honest about the fine print: the itinerary bends to road, weather and local conditions, Chandratal access depends on the authorities, and the price flexes with group size and occupancy. Travel insurance is not included — for a week at this altitude you should have your own, and we'd rather say so up front.
